The Lofts offer open and airy residences with high ceilings and bright floor plans, and there are only 9 total units within the community offering 9 different floor plans. Each unit is a different layout. The smallest unit has 1,135 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom property with a 1 car garage. The largest unit has 1,810 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. They are located near the entrance on Boardwalk and sit alongside the Townes units on Boardwalk. (This is the taller building).

The Gardens offer a unique townhome style architecture. There are only 12 Garden units within the community offering 6 different floorplans. (There are 6 units on each side, and they face each other with a courtyard and fountain in the middle.) The 6 units on the left side (5360 Pacific Terrace #101-106) are 180 degrees to the other side (5370 Pacific Terrace #101-106). This group of townhomes have their own courtyard area complete with a water feature. The smallest unit has 1665 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The largest unit has 2,729 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All of these units have a 2-car garage, and there are five total floor plans.  Two of the floor plans offer a ground level bedroom with a complete bathroom.

The Terraces offer single-family home style living.  There are 93 of these units available within the community offering 5 different floor plans. The smallest unit has 1716 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The largest unit has 2,508 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All units have a 2-car garage, and some of the units also come with an outside carport for an additional car. One of the five floor plans offer a ground level bedroom with a complete bathroom.

The Townes offer townhome style living with open floor plans.  There is a total of 96 of these units available within the community offering 5 floor plans. The smallest unit has 1,579 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a 2-car garage. The largest unit has 2,106 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a 2-car garage. Two of the five floor plans offer a ground level bedroom with a complete bathroom.

The Row units offer a traditional townhome style in a tropical exterior color scheme.  There are 94 of these units available within the community offering three different floor plans. The smallest unit has 1,549 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a 2-car tandem garage. The largest unit has 2,152 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a balcony, patio, and a 2-car side by side garage. One of the three floor plans offer a ground level bedroom with a complete bathroom.

The Flats offer a condo style architecture, four story buildings with garages on the first floor and residences on the next three floors. There are 188 total units in the community offering 8 different Floor Plans. Each residence is a single level, and there is an elevator and stairs in each Flats building. The smallest unit has 957 square feet, 0 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a one car garage. The largest unit has 1662 square foot 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car tandem garage. All of the Flats units have a tandem garage, with the exception of 11 units that have 1548 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a 2-car side by side garage and storage area.  All units have a balcony (of various size), and there are eight total floor plans.

The Courts units offer a traditional townhome style architecture. There are 118 of these units available within the offering 4 floor plans. The smallest unit has 1,311 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The largest unit has 1,942 square feet, 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2.5 bathrooms. All units have a 2-car garage, and there are four total floor plans. One of the four plans offer a ground level bedroom with a complete bathroom.
